Devin Rayow has been passionate about tattoos since childhood, with his curiosity leading him to pursue a career in the industry at an early age. In 1996, at just 19 years old, he secured his first position in a tattoo studio and went on to complete a formal apprenticeship under an experienced tattoo artist.
Eager to expand his knowledge and refine his craft, Devin traveled extensively across the country and abroad, working alongside a diverse range of tattooists and studying various styles and techniques. His dedication to continuous learning and artistic growth ultimately led him to establish Tattoo Voodoo in 2004. Located in the Arlington District of Poughkeepsie, the studio has been his creative home ever since.
With decades of experience, a deep understanding of multiple tattooing styles, and an unwavering passion for the art form, Devin is committed to providing each client with exceptional, high-quality work. His lifelong dedication to tattooing is evident in every piece he creates, reflecting both technical expertise and artistic vision.
